Wild in Amsterdam

Yesterday was one of the sunniest and warmest days of the summer in Amsterdam so far. Luckily, it just so happened to fall on a Saturday. Scott and I took full advantage and went to Europe's largest zoo, Artis Zoo. It is full of gardens and animals from every continent. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking...

Scott and I live on one of the most photographed corners in all of Amsterdam. Our apartment is on the corner of two canals and has magnificent views. We get the pleasure of watching different boats going by from fiberglass runabouts to the small pedal boats. The other day we were even lucky enough to see someone riding by in a giant clog.
