I will be visiting Paris for the holidays and did not want to stay in a hotel. The exhange rate is much too high and the thought of having my own apartment and running to the local boulangerie each morning quite appeals to me. My owner contacted me and had a link to the apartment so I could see the floor plan. It was easy and efficient.
