With the Da Vinci Code, Dan Brown has sparked a new wave of tourism to other sites in Paris, the Louvre and St. Sulpice Church. Thanks to the novel, 800,000 more visitors went to the Louvre last year. St. Sulpice Church saw an increase of 300,000 visitors.
