Great Crepe Stand
When visting Paris, no trip is complete without savouring a crepe. Two of the more popular crepes are the jambon avec fromage (ham and cheese) and the nutella crepe avec banana (nutella chocolate spread with bananas). Nutella on its own is quite the treat. It is a hazlenut chocolate spread) Add some bananas and a crepe to it and it is quite divine.
One of my favourite crepe stands is at the entrance to the Latin Quarter on the corner of St. Germain des Pres and Boulevard St. Michel. During the evening hours, you could have a little bit of a wait to order your crepe. The place is quite popular.
One night when I was getting a crepe, the metro police stopped by for crepes. In every country the police have their food, in North America it is the donuts, France the crepes. The metro police in Paris, have german shepards, even the dogs got their own crepes.
