Paris has many great restaurants: Do you wish you knew what you were ordering?
Paris has many wonderful restaurants, bistros, delis and other gastronomical delights were one can indulge themselves. Have you ever found yourself in a foreign country and do not recognize what is on the menu? This has happenend to me many times and I enjoy cooking and speak French.
Last summer in the south of France, tagitelle was on the menu. I knew it was pasta but did not know anything else about it.
