Longest serving cabbie honoured
London's longest serving black cab driver has been honoured with an award after 70 years of service.

Tube on hold for mobile phones



Tube mobile phone plans delayed
Plans allowing mobile phones to be used on the Tube have been put back a year. London Underground had hoped to make mobile coverage available on the Tube from mid-2008 but introducing it has been more difficult than expected.

A memorial service marking the death of the Princess of Wales 10 years ago in Paris is to be held in central London, it has been announced.
