The First Risotto Bar in London
As every Italian living abroad my endless quest is to find in every corner of the world a decent Italian restaurant where I can feel at home..
Well, to be honest I've tried it all, from overcooked, sticky pasta to overstuffed pizza, even greasy, heavy risotto..until I tried out Ooze.
Ooze is the first risotto bar opening in London, and I can say that I didn't quite believe my eyes when I saw the amazing menu - a daring and delicious list of ingridients mixed apperently randomly, but which deliver to each risotto a unique, unforgettable flavour.
Try the Aubergine, pine nuts, basil and saffron risotto, truly mediterranean.
Of course it can be hardly compared to homemade risotto but it surely is the closest you can get, and also the most creative.
