Piada is a brilliant choice for lunch
“Italian slow food, fast & fresh!” That’s the motto for Piada, a lunch spot on St John St near Farringdon station. Piada gets its name from the unique type of flatbread used to make their yummy sandwiches. The flatbread – a sort of mix between a crepe and a tortilla - is traditionally from Romagna on Italy’s northeast coast. Made fresh for you, the piada is in filled with a handful of rocket and a bit of olive oil, along with an assortment of delicacies such as salame, prosciutto, mozzarella, etc etc etc …
And with every item on the menu under £4.50 - it's a great bargain too!
