Crazy Days
Well, it is with deep regret that I officially said farewell to those lazy, crazy days of summer and am now looking forward to the autumn and with that, the trees changing colours, pumpkins, apples and Halloween.
The back streets here on Bridge Street in Belleville are always nice for an aesthetically pleasing stroll and I do that quite often. Unfortunately, these innocent strolls have been tainted by a nasty, little rumour that a few unwelcome visitors in the form of prostitutes like to cruise that street. Apparently, they even approach people in the back parking lots. Personally, I've not seen a one and I wander that street often. I may wobble around in high heels when I'm forced to and my name may still be erroneously posted on that x-rated site, but I don't know too much about that world.
Anyhow, if anyone is thinking of approaching them just to even ask the time, you may want to think twice because Belleville police will be taking a somewhat Swedish approach by publishing the accused "johns" daily in a news release. Over in Sweden they have gone so far as to send warnings to the accused's house only to risk being opened up by a live-in partner.
Okay what was the point of this blog now, Belleville, Sweden or oh yes Copenhagen. So, if you are interested in some crazy days of a more legal nature why not visit Tivoli Gardens before it closes down for the season. Visitors who visit between now and September 21st can enjoy most of the parks amenities for only 100 Dkr. The park will open up again between October 10th to 19th for Halloween festivities.
