Taste of Copenhagen
The annual Waupoos Fish Fry went off without a hitch at the Rose House Museum. The museum was built in the 1800's and was inhabited by some of the first settlers in the area, the Rose family. I used to work there as a summer student what seems like a lifetime ago so I enjoyed supporting the event and touring the museum again.
Also, my dad and aunt were the dinner entertainment and a bit nervous about performing this year as it was slated to rain. However, lucky for them it didn't and everything went off without a hitch. There were almost 200 people in attendance and the meal was delicious especially the fish.
If all this talk of food is making you hungry and you are in Copenhagen, in the next little while you might want to sign up for the "Taste of Copenhagen" event.
