Who is the Murderer?
I wrote way back in March about a popular Danish TV series called "Forbrydelsen," which translated to English means "The Crime." It's basically a murder mystery about a young girl named Nanna Birk Larsen who was tragically killed. It really is a wonderful series with a ensemble cast. In fact, since I wrote about it many months ago this particular TV show ended up on the short list for an Emmy nomination.
Last night was the first airing of the season. I've not really followed with the series from the start but had a little role as a journalist which aired last January or so I'm told. I've not seen it myself. I also had a small role playing something else(secret) which was suppose to air this month but I'm not sure if it was cut or not.
Apparently, some lame brain had leaked who the murderer was and a whole truckload of scenes had to be deleted and/or shot again. Rumour has it that the production people think it was an inside job. They suspect that one of the workers overheard a conversation about who the killer was and then blabbed it, thus ruining the surprise for the audience. I don't know who would pull such a juvenile stunt. Obviously, someone who doesn't know or care how much work goes into making such a well thought out series.
All I know for sure is it wasn't me who leaked it. I didn't even know who the murderer was and even if I did I just wouldn't say anyhow. As for who murdered Nanna, there are many suspects in the murder mystery including classmates, politicians, teachers and even the victim's own father. At the moment the police are checking out someone Nanna met at an internet dating site. It's difficult to say who did it, we will just have to stay tuned.
