On the Road Again
I think I’m heading for France and/or Italy tomorrow for some days. We’re just driving, destination anywhere but we’re pretty sure we’ll be driving through Germany and Austria. Sometimes not knowing the destination is the best medicine. I’ll be bringing my handy dandy camera, computer and a positive attitude.
We might be doing some camping. I have mixed feelings about it because last time we camped it rained cats and dogs and we were forced to overnight at a one star (should have been classified as a NO star) camping in France.
If all goes as planned our road trip will begin at 3 a.m. tomorrow morning. I have some last minute work to finish up before tomorrow and have packed nothing. I’m writing a story about Phuket, Thailand for a magazine and of course I have way too many words. I just can't help myself I love writing about Thailand. I’m not saying which magazine it is before I see it in print because sometimes these things don’t go as planned. It may be published in August so I hope it all works out ok.
