Hooker Horror in Sweden
I've just had my first twisted laugh of the day and it's already 3:30 p.m. That's not a good sign. Cat the Dog, a talented group of musicians from the U.K. are still playing on my myspace profile. That's not a good sign either because it's only when I'm feeling overwhelmed or like a "Ship Going Down" that I play their great little tune.
Anyhow, back to my bizarre sense of humour and laughing fit. I just read at ekstrabladet.dk that in Sweden, where prostitution is illegal, the police have come up with a plan B to curb men from frequenting street walkers. It used to be that the police would give the accused men notice via a discreet call or a letter to their workplace warning them of their indiscretions but those thoughtful methods are over. Prostitution is no laughing matter over in Sweden and conviction can give up to six months in the slammer.
Now the Swedish police have started to send letters describing the men's visits with prostitutes to the men's private residences. Ahhh...most men in a relationship or married would probably be a little bit concerned about their significant other opening the unwelcomed letter. It would probably cause more than a few heavy heated arguments and that is exactly what it has resulted in unfortunately or fortunately - depending on whose side you see it from .
