Do You See What I See?
I'll get back to reality and Copenhagen sometime in the near future but for now I'm still stuck in Khao Sok National Park, in southern Thailand, mentally anyways. I've just been rummaging through the myriads of photos I took and came across the one above.
As we toured around Thailand, guides filled us with their wealth of knowledge about the local people, their history and experiences - fascinating to see the least. Anyhow, part of the Safari Island Tour which I spoke about in an earlier post including a canoe ride where we observed butterflies, deadly snakes, frogs etc. Our guide pointed out this fern covered cliff. He said, "Do you know what the Thai people see when they look at that?" My answer was way off - gong! Can you guess what it looks like? Until next time, I'll leave you to ponder over one of life's little mysteries.
