Lauren's Light
I have just received a note from my cousin back home in Canada, god bless her little heart. She writes that a little girl in her son's class named Lauren was diagnosed with a rare, life threatening form of brain cancer. Her parents are going to be travelling to Toronto Sick Kids Hospital over the next six weeks for radiation and experimental chemotherapy treatments.
Due to the capacity limitations at the Ronald McDonald House, they will not have accommodations provided for them at this time. Any support that could help to lessen the family's burden would be greatly appreciated.
