One thing that I've always enjoyed about Copenhagen for sure, is being inspired by the cool fashion sense that the guys and gals have in this Scandinavian town. You can be inspired as well because Copenhagen Fashion Week starts up again, beginning on Wednesday the 10th of February until Sunday February 14th.
There's plenty to do and see. Check out www.copenhagenfashionfestival.com for schedules, photos and news.

Well, I finally saw the much anticipated movie called "The Road," based on a novel by Cormac McCarthy. I've got to warn you, although impressive, it was dark and bleak throughout. In fact, this feel bad film would probably make the most depressing movie you've ever seen look like a comedy. My main homey, Viggo Mortensen is excellent in the lead role as "the man." We never learn his real ...

So, the long, cold month of January is slowly coming to a close. Perhaps, you like many people are growing weary of the winter or are feeling the financial pinch. Maybe you over did it on the Christmas presents, or it could be you're just saving up your pennies for a little excursion away. This doesn't mean that you can't enjoy the little that is left of January.
Speaking of January, ...

Sometimes people just amaze me. Despite their troubles, few options and limited resources they manage to find the strength and resolve to ignite change. This brings me to my hero of the day, Vancouver resident Kerry Pakarinen. I mean, I think I love this guy more than Viggo even, if you can imagine that!
Kerry and his dog Preacher are walking across ...

So far, so good as far as the New Year's Resolutions are going. I've started on my second book called Why Do I Keep doing that? There are loads of valuable tid-bits and good advice, but I've decided ...

It seems like the talk of the town these days has been the Jay Leno/Conan O'Brien controversy. I wanted to say Leonard Cohen for some reason, bizarre. Personally, I'm more interested in the disgust and protest against American and British bankers well deserved billion dollars in bonuses. They really do deserve them and the taxpayers struggling through a recession should pay for it. That logical line of thinking absolutely makes great sense don't ...

Let's see, I think the last time I stepped foot into a technotronic, pump-up-the-jam type nightclub was in the year 2000. I'm so out of the loop that technotronic and pump-up-the-jam probably aren't even the words of choice anymore. Nowadays, that sort of atmosphere would probably leave me deaf, blind my eyes or put me into some sort of a shock induced coma. As for you other brave and ‘hip' ...

These blogs will be short and sweet, just like the photo above. The reason being is because this lady is juggling many balls in the air at the moment; In other words, deadlines are looming! Enough said on that anxiety provoking matter. I'll get into it later when there are some definite plans in place. Needless to say I'm not getting much sleep, but I refuse to ...

Winter has arrived with a vengeance in Copenhagen. Although some are godt nok (pretty much) tired of it all, others are taking more of a "if you can't beat them, join them" attitude. Tomorrow there will be a good, old fashioned snowball fight held at Søndermarken. It all starts at 15:00 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday January 9th) in Søndermarken at Roskildevej by historic Frederiksberg Castle. All are welcome and it's free.

I'm hoping you're enjoying your after Christmas shopping. I'm tuckered out and blurry eyed just perusing that long list of sales stores on aok.dk that I mentioned last time. Needless to say, I'm not doing too much shopping in the near future. What I am doing soon is going out for an audition on a little film.
Yeah, I kind of forgot what this short film was about, as I'd applied ...
