Vienna's MODEPALAST Fashion Exhibition April 17-20
MODEPALAST is a hotspot for local designers.
Today marks the first day of the 2008 MODEPALAST, an event that showcases clothing, accessories, jewelry, etc. made by Austrian and international designers. The expo opens tonight in the Museums Quartier at 8pm with a free exhibit titled "11 Meter Mode" (11 Meters of Fashion), highlighting contemporary Swiss design, and will run through Sunday, April 20. A MODEPALAST party is scheduled for Friday night at 10pm, and main exhibition viewing takes place (with a ticket) on Friday and Saturday at 6pm.
