Art & Antiques at Vienna's Am Hof Easter Market

One of Vienna's more quaint Easter markets can be found at the Am Hof plaza in the first district near the Stephansdom cathedral. The Am Hof market specializes in art and antiques and has something for everyone. Shoppers can peruse cool retro toys, handmade folk clothing and jewelry, and antique tools, coins, and kitchen gadgets. A vast number of hand-decorated eggs and other Easter decorations are also for sale. A handful of food and drink vendors also have stalls at the Am Hof market. They sell traditional Austrian snacks like dark bread slices topped with delicious spreads and cured hams, along with various teas, juices, and alcohol.
