Viennale International Film Festival 2007 in Vienna

Tickets for the Viennale, Vienna's esteemed international film festival, went on sale this past Saturday, October 6. Featured in this year's film lineup are "Blade Runner: The Final Cut," a new production by Ridley Scott, and "Paranoid Park," a new movie from Gus Van Sant. Well-known actresses starring in this year's films include Jane Fonda and Sandrine Bonnaire. The 2007 Viennale program offers 73 feature films in addition to various short films and documentaries, bringing the total number of films to about 300. Films will be presented at assorted theaters throughout Vienna starting on October 19 and ending on October 31.
Tickets sell out fast, so reserve early to secure a seat, especially to more popular films. Tickets to a single film are available for €7.50, while a package of 10 tickets are €6.90 each and 20 tickets are €5.90 each.
