Salon International du Design d'Interieur de Montreal (SIDIM)
Whether you're looking to redecorate and be inspired, or just looking for something to do, there'll be lots of noise coming from Place Bonaventure in Downtown Montreal this weekend. From May 24th to the 26th, SIDIM will makes its annual splash of this year's interior design exhibition, with over 300 exhibitors showcasing their works for both professionals and business people.
Every year, Place Bonaventure makes way for the latest interior designs and puts on a fancier display than what you would normally see in places like Reno Depot or Home Depot. Realistically speaking, we, of the common people, are more likely driven to IKEA as the rich are driven to the likes of SIDIM business module. But let this not deter you from visiting these grounds for education and entertainment purposes. Who wouldn't want to imagine what they want their dream houses to look like? Besides, you might learn a thing or two at one of these conferences.
And though we may live in our small 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 apartments, interior design is common to all of us.
