Decently priced Italian Food
I love to cook, but I also realize my limitations with certain dishes. Gnocchi is one of those. With that in mind, well, actually my mouth watering at the thought, I headed out to Pasta Casareccia the other evening.
The place is informal, complete with a deli-type counter where you can buy sauces etc. It was busy, but that's to be expected on a Friday, but the service was quick and friendly.
Dishes range from $9-$15 and I opted for the gnocchi, of course, with the red italian sausage sauce. I was not deisappointed at all. The sauce was quite spicy, but not TOO spicy.
In all the menu seemed complete, all the regular Italian favourites, including cannoli for dessert, were there.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed, informal dinner with a friend.
