Boccacino's al fresco
Well, it's SPRINGTIME in MONTREAL! After last week's slushy mess, it's nice to see that Spring has sprung around here. To celebrate, I went the terrace at Boccacino's downtown, on McGill College. A perfect day for lunch al fresco 
The place was VERY busy, although apparently it was easy to get seated inside right away. Service, as such, was so-so on the terrace, but it was a pleasant wait in the sun.
The menu is varied, but with a definite Italian theme. I had a Santa Fe salad - basically lot's of greens, avocado, cheese, and grilled chicken - that was delightful!
I would definitely recommend, although don't be in a hurry on a sunny weekday. There are lots of nearby high-rises that empty out during lunch hour.
