Lunch at Skyland de Shanghai - Toronto

We had lunch at Skyland de Shanghai in Toronto today. It's Northern Chinese Food...Shanghainese Chinese Food. I thought it was interesting that they had a glass enclosed area where you could watch them make their noodles. Noodles made right before our very eyes. I thought that was the most interesting part of our lunch. I had never had fresh noodles before. They were firm and thick. The red braised beef noodle soup was very good. We also had the onion pancake and soup filled dumplings. They were quite tasty too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any visitors here to Toronto.
