Spicy Dragon (Kennedy and Lawrence in Scarborough) is a new restaurant featuring Hakka Chinese Food. It has a very small dining room of only seven tables. The majority of business seems to be take-out. We ordered my favourite Hakka Chinese dishes just to be able to make a comparison and I have to say that it is pretty good. My favourite was the Chili Chicken. I love that it's still crispy and has just the right amount of spice.
