Perfect Chinese Restaurant - Toronto
We had breakfast at the Perfect Chinese Restaurant yesterday. It's a nice change from a bagel and coffee or bacon and eggs. What makes Perfect Chinese Restaurant so special is that it offers dimsum 24 hours a day. It's more expensive when ordering dimsum off the menu which is from 4pm to 8am. During dimsum hours it's a set price/dish of $1.50 whereas some restaurants charge small/med/large. We had 11 dishes and it came up to $19 after tax. They also have amazing lunch specials where you can order noodles or rice for $4.50. I think it's great value for the money.
