Located just north of Bloor, Gee Beauty offers beauty services for people on the go. Specializing in time sensitive treatments, long-time beauty editor Miriam Gee and her daughters launched Gee Beauty in 2005. The spa concentrates on the face, offering tips on make-up application, facials and manicures. Unique to the service menu is Toronto's first, "Brow Beauty Bar," featuring signature treatments like Brow 911 or The Brow Boost, that promise clients a perfectly arched brow. These brow experts pride themselves on giving clients an instant eye lift, tailoring brows to suit eye and face shape. With something to offer the whole family, Gee Beauty has created special services for teens, providing skin care and make-up advice on how to enhance looks while staying age appropriate. For men, the spa has designed a variety of treatments including the very popular "Sean Connery," a detoxifying facial to revitalize the skin. A light, clean and modern space, Gee Beauty pampers guests in a calm, inviting atmosphere. Open Monday to Sunday, private parties and weddings are also offered. Appointments not necessary, but definitely recommended.
