The annual GreekFest is held at the Hellenic Community Centre, (1315 Prince of Wales Dr.) is back on! From Aug. 9 - 19, the festival will have us all wishing we were Greek, with traditional food and dancing that is amazing.

Earlier this month, blogger Loralea gave some great advice on radio stations in the Ottawa area. I would like to add to her list. Each of Ottawa's two universities has its own radio station, CKCU fm and CHUO fm. These stations are predominantly student/volunteer run and offer a wide variety of programming.
