Hog plant in St. Boniface seems out of reach

After months of protests, voting, and shouting from both people for and against the building of the Olywest Hog Facility in the St. Boniface industrial park the dream seems out of reach for good now. Guy Beaudry with Hytek says they will take full control of the project and push it forward.
