Hog plant in St. Boniface seems out of reach


After months of protests, voting, and shouting from both people for and against the building of the Olywest Hog Facility in the St. Boniface industrial park the dream seems out of reach for good now. Two of the three partners have officially dropped out saying they have lost confidence in the Manitoba government.
