Snow in Victoria
A fabled place to many Canadians Victoria is on Vancouver Island in the province of British Columbia Canada. The very name evokes a sigh. The one place in Canada that doesn't have to deal with winter. Well, we did have snow this week and we did have to deal with winter.
The rest of Canada thinks that we don't know what snow tires are. Our climate is so mild that we rarely have ice, we have roses 10 months a year and 8 frost free months. Victoria is a favoured child when it comes to climate and seaside charm.
