Mid-April--- and still snowing!



The annual Telus World Ski & Snowboard Festival kicked off at Whistler Resort this past Friday, but some of us weren't there for the entertainment.

Saturday morning saw 22 cm of fresh snow. It was a powdery, but not too powdery, haven for those too few who made their way out of the pubs and up the mountain. Runs were wide-open fields of play. Lift lines were virtually non-existent. The weather ...
