Vancouver Parks: Tea Swamp Park

Contrary to any images conjured by the name, Tea Swamp Park is no wetland. It is a beautiful, peaceful little park that doesn't see a lot of traffic, and it's perfect that way.

There are beautiful trees, beds upon beds of flowers, and peaceful benches. Locals like to sit on the benches and just take it all in.

Tea Swamp also has a small playground, and there are usually some children playing. Recently posts have been added in what promises to be a set of swings. Caregivers can sit on a shady bench, enjoying the landscape, while the little ones have a good play.

Also recent, the playground area is fenced off so little ones can't run into the street.
