Sushi Is Genki In Vancouver
For certain, sushi is one of the trendiest meals on the westcoast. Apart from being stylish, sushi is a healthy choice for anyone. Fresh vegetables, fish, and rice come together to form a very low fat, high nutrient meal. And if you opt for maki (rolls) you get the added nutrients from the nori (seaweed).
My current favourite for take out sushi is Ogenki Sushi on main street. This is a bright, clean location ,with very friendly staff, and - most important - excellent sushi chefs.
We have ordered from Ogenki Sushi dozens of times, and they have never missed a beat. Their ingredients are fresh, and their maki is compactly rolled (theres nothing worse than sloppy rolls). We have tried some other menu items, like tempura, chicken terriyaki, and gyoza, and we have never been disappointed.
