One of Vancouver's most renowned shopping areas is Robson Street. Located in the heart of downtown, Robson Street offers everything from shoes to restaurants, souvenirs to high-end hair salons.
From Denman to Bute, Robson is chock full of stores and restaurants. And we can't forget coffee - there are more than five Starbucks on this street alone - plus several other coffee shops. You can shop, have dinner, get some gelato for desert, and end your night with a cup of coffee, all without leaving the street.
On a Friday or Saturday night, Robson Street is a real hot-spot, teaming with people of all ages out to enjoy the city. The sidewalks are lined with kiosks vending jewellery and art, and there are often buskers. It is a real taste of Vancouver, but be warned - parking is a nightmare - take transit!
