Everything is 2 bucks at the Daiso
One of my all-time favourite stores is the $2 store called the Daiso. It's located at the Aberdeen Centre in Richmond. It's fairly large with two floors of all types of plastic containers, decorations, ashtrays, plant pots, and dishes. Really, you can find all kinds of stuff there. I especially enjoy the craft area where you can buy yarn, clay, beads and other crafty things.
Another bonus to going to the Daiso is to go to the food fair right next door in the mall for some lunch and then to Candyland on the third floor. Good times!
