Gasthaus on the Lake, Peachland

I heard about the Gasthaus well before I moved to Kelowna. It was legendary in Western Canada for it's incredible food, but even more so for it's medieval feasts. Le Triskell Creperie in Kelowna

Le Triskell

Kelowna SnowFest

Many visitors to Kelowna and the Thompson Okanagan region in general during the winter months are here to visit the ski hills (Big White, Silver Star or Crystal Mountain), or take in the Ice Wine Festival over at the Sun Peaks Resort. The intial ...

Kelowna Cideries

You read that right: Cideries.

Kelowna, as is the rest of the Okanagan region, is well known for it's wine, wineries, wine tours and wine festivals, being the undisputed oldest wine-growing region in B.C.

To my knowledge, there are only two cideries in the Kelowna region: the East Kelowna Cider Company ...
