The Cactus Club
Calgarys Cactus club is always a hopping hot spot! I went there for dinner Saturday night, and by 5.30, the place was totally packed, with a line up out the door! Located on McLeod Trail South, just past Chinook Centre, the Cactus Club has a large selections or drinks, entres and desserts sure to please everyone in the group! The Kung Pow Chicken is amazing, and comes with your choice of rice or noodles. The restaurant has an Oriental vibe to it, from the Asian inspired dishes, to the art on the walls and crowded atmosphere, and the servers dressed all in black. The extensive martini and drink list covers most of the bases for those inclined to savour a yummy cocktail. For the sports enthusiests, there are several large screen TV's hung around, with the most important games playing.
