Mimo Restaurant Calgary
Well just a quick not on this portuguese Restaurant. Its on 17th Ave and 48 St S.E., in the back of the 'Little Siagon Plaza' the part with the Blue awning. The dishes are served with idea that you will all share a few in the middle of the table (Family style). This sharing is not required but it is kinda fun. One of the few places you can find Salt Cod, a staple for so many ethnic groups for so many years, salt fish is good to eat once in a while to remember how good we have it. Decent food, good staff, good prices. The house red was quite dry and came in little glasses filled to the top, no room left for wine snobbery.
Try it with adventures friends or family, reservations shouldn't be needed, unless it's a portuguese holiday.
