Sunshine, palm trees, birds chirping and the sounds of water running all for free in the centre of the city. Devonian Gardens, conveniently located in the heart of city centre boasts a living oasis with Koi ponds, waterfalls, tropical plants and lovely private benches. There is no fee to enter and with a little imagination, you can truly feel (if only for an hour) that you have escaped the duldrums of winter in the city.
