Hotel Room Advertising
The first thing I like to do when I get into a hotel right after I crank the A/C, is to hop onto the bed and take a moment to get my mind in order. If I have nothing to do that day or night, I sometimes like to watch some TV, or read a book. What I do not like is have to deal advertising.
Luckily for me, I have yet to experience the latest Hotel Chain covert advertising scheme - phone messages. Yup, you heard right, and if you want to make the little red flashing light to turn off on the phone so you can get a decent nights sleep you are going to have to listen...to the whole thing.
If there is one thing that would make me cranky, it would behaving to listen to a generic pre-recorded voice suggesting a trip to the spa, or encouraging me to go down to the restaurant for tonight’s Beef Special.
