The future of the Astrodome has been unclear ever since it bowed of out sports to the more modern Reliant Stadium. The rumor mill has been running non-stop with stories about the Astrodome becoming everything from an amusement park to a giant shopping mall.
he latest is of the Astrodome becoming a hotel with a 2,100 parking space garage. A lot of people are worried that this large of a hotel would cause some major traffic problems with Reliant Stadium. An underground tunnel entrance has been proposed to solve the problem.
With such a rich history, it would be a shame to let the Astrodome go to waste.
