by the looks of her current hair placement she is neither falling or levitating upwards. the theory of what goes up must come down is to be questioned by this demenstration of such anti gravity. but to my conclusion i do believe that by the physical state of her hair neither smashed flat as it would be going up nor poofed out as it would be in falling state, she has met the meeting point at which going up meets coming down. great timing by the photographer.
