Most of our bed jumpers probably don’t advertise their guestroom activity to hotel employees. After all, the simple pleasure of “jumping on the bed” has long been forbidden by parents who failed to see the humour in it, so why should employees be any different? Thanks to Dephal, we now recognize that we are moving in to a new realm of the guest experience.

We recently received this wonderful image of Dephal’s daughter getting her bounce-on in San Francisco’s upscale Palomar Hotel. Not only was Dephal supportive of this activity, the hotel front desk agent was excited too!

The friendly desk clerk here actually encouraged my daughter to do this. When I mentioned this blog, he told me it’s one of his favorite websites. Great hotel too!

Not only are these two cuties outstanding hotel bed jumpers…they are gymnastics champions as well! Thanks to Sharon for sharing these wonderful bed antics from the Baltimore Hilton Garden Inn.

The girls were in Baltimore for their Cheerleading Competition. Of course they had to try out the bed!! I think the jumping helped as they placed 1st and 2nd in their competition!

After Fallon and her friends participated in a gymnastics competition, they gathered in her guestroom at the Holiday Inn in Kingston for a little post-meet activity.

Just like a snooker competition where the real action happens late into the evening in a side room, these bed jumping antics would have easily taken first place earlier in the day!

This was after a gymnastics meet, that our gym sponsored. Our parents were having a party in another room, so a few gymnasts hung out in my room. Just after this picture was taken, my dad came in & stopped the fun!!!

We really do love all the images that we get sent here at BedJump.com. We also, however, recognize the extra-special importance of our younger generation of hotel bed jumpers. These are the hotel guests of the future. They will seize our little repository of fun guestroom antics and really take them to the next level.

When we build a hotel in space - these young jumpers will be the first guests featured bouncing off their zero-gravity bedding. When we travel to Mars or Saturn for business and stay at a Days Inn, these little tykes will be first to send in their stratospheric bed antics. We can’t wait.

It has been some time since we received hotel bed jumping images featuring some of our younger jump-stars. Yesterday we received a set from Brandi that we’re thrilled to feature today.

When Brandi and family were in Merrilville, Indiana visiting for the holidays they stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. The moment that Nana and Grandpa stepped out of the hotel this crew went immediately to work!

Brandi sent in so many awesome images that we couldn’t decide which ones to feature. So, as we usually do, we made a video using ALL of them instead. Check it out below.

Waiting to open Christmas presents tests every young person’s patience. In fact, it tests many adults’ patience as well.

When Manuel was staying with his family at the Steigenberger Hotel in Langen near Frankfurt, his patience was pushed to the brink. Manuel decided to fight the boredom of waiting to open his gifts by getting up on his hotel bed and showcasing his skills.

That’s some sweet action Miguel - you even got Stuart Little’s attention from the TV!!

We’ve had a lovely stay at this Hotel during Christmas. The Dinner (roasted goose) and Service were great. Thank you Mr. Martin for the nice Time in your Hotel. Manuel felt a little bored while waiting for the presents so we decided to have some fun. Greetings to Nuernberg!

It would be a rare occasion indeed for us to pick a favourite bed jumping image. We can happily say that after having received almost three hundred jump photos, not a single one has ever failed to deliver a good laugh and a feeling of youthful enthusiasm.

Even though we love all your images, today we have to admit that we have a soft spot for photos taken of families getting together in the spirit of a good hotel bed bounce.

hey. my name is noah and i am an aspiring photographer. i’m also 11. Before I discovered your site, my friends and I had been jumping off steps (first set). The last one sort-of failed.

But then… I discovered your site. On a recent trip to new york I grabbed my camera and had my older sister snap some bed jumping pics.

Most of the images we post on BedJump.com are sent to us by viewers and fans. We consider ourselves very lucky to have such a terrific and interactive community of hotel bed jumpers giving us such great travel stories and images.

We do, however, still remember to search around online once in a while to see if we’ve missed any exciting pictures to add to our little collection. And good thing too, because we found a “mother lode” of images of an entire family getting in on the Jump.

Meet Daniel, a Chicago based writer and online guru, and his crew of little hotel bed jumpers at the Marriott Spring Hill Suites in Warrenville, Illinois. Daniel and his sweetheart Dee got together outside of Chicago with their kids for a wild & wacky weekend, topped up with some pumpkin picking for this month’s Halloween festivities. Fun, wild kids, wacky parents…you’d better believe that hotel bed jumping was a weekend highlight.

Instead of reading their kids stories like “no more monkeys jumping on the bed”, Daniel and Dee are teaching their kids values like fun, family, and…the importance of a good running start to get decent vertical!

We’ve noticed that Disney and hotel bed jumping seem to go hand in hand around the world.

Check out our two little bed jumping aficionado’s, Maria and Adolfo, having a great time bouncing on their beds at the Hotel Disney in Paris, France. These were sent in by proud parent “pepmarti”.

We love all the images that we receive here at BedJump.com. Every one of them is extremely entertaining and fun to write about. Many people out there might think that we get mostly images of kids, but as you know that is simply not the case -and that diversity is another great thing about this site!

Even though all the images are terrific, we still like it when we see images of kids in our inbox. They always seem to float so effortlessly, with such wide eyed enthusiasm.

Check out these images of Cole sent in by his dad Matt. Matt and Cole were out of town in Austin, Texas for a college football game. They got to see their Texas Longhorns kick butt…and of course what better way is there to celebrate than with a hotel bed jump?

OK Chris - here’s the story. This bed jumping happened at the Marriot Courtyard Downtown in Austin, Texas. The flying assailant is my 10 year old son Cole.

We traveled down to Austin from our home base of Fort Worth to the University of Texas Longhorns football game for Cole’s first UT game in person. After watching the National Champion Longhorns pummel Sam Houston State 56-3, we went back to the hotel where the bed jumping began! These flights took a little practice and then boom goes the dynamite, Cole is in mid-air. Love the website, keep jumping and we’ll see ya!

Sometimes we get images in our inbox here at BedJump.com from folks in far-off places. Actually, we get a lot of those. That’s the amazing and fascinating thing about our little bed project - that viewers are feeling the bed jump “vibe” literally all over the world.

We’re proud of our international appeal, and we plan to make sure that we are keeping ourselves accessible to as many people as we can in the future by adding multi-lingual content wherever we can.

Actually, we just made that up on the spot - but it sounds like a great idea and now it’s out there for us to make good on.
