There are just so many things to do in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Take a dip in the cool pools formed by the 600-foot Dunn’s River Falls, swim with dolphins at Dolphin Cove, jump on your hotel bed…how do you fit it all into your activity agenda?

When “Cookies” and his girlfriend Sarah travelled recently to Ocho Rios to vacation at the all-inclusive Riu Ocho Rios Resort, bed jumping was high on their list of things to do.

My girlfriend, Sarah, found bedjump.com shortly before our trip to Jamaica and insisted we make bedjumping a priority on our trip. One day it rained so we spent our time wisely - bedjumping! We love it!

We don’t know whether Cookies and Sarah managed to swim with dolphins, but we’re happy that they captured Cookies’ “super” bed jumping style. Looks like we have Sarah to thank for that!
