Sydney Festival 2008



Merry Christmas everyone.

With Christmas over, we all know New Year follows, and January is a big month for Sydney.

It's Sydney Festival month!

This year, Sydney Festival once again features theatre productions and concerts from all over the world. The highlights are of course, the FREE events, which include outdoor cinemas at the Overflow in the Olympic Park, the Domain concert series from the Sydney Symphony, Opera Australia and Jazz bands. Pics in the Park



An annual outdoor free event in Kings Cross, Pics in the Park showcase some of the feature documentaries as well as short films by local productions.  The program started on the 10th November and will run its last session this Saturday on the 24th November. So if you haven't got anything planned this weekend, head to the Fitzroy Gardens for a day of short films and enjoy the Sydney outdoors.

Sculpture by the sea - Bondi to Tamarama



It's the annual Sculpture by the Sea where many local and international artists come together creating outdoor art for the cliff walk between Bondi beach and Tamarama beach.
