Located in The Observatory Hotel, this innovative hotel restaurant has a fine reputation in Sydney for its French/modernGalileo Restaurant Australian-inspired cuisine with a twist of Japanese influence.

Under the guidance of chef Harunobu Inukai, it has retained its Chef's Hat award from the Sydney Morning Herald ‘Good Food Guide' for four consecutive years, and was awarded Restaurant of the Year 06 by the Australian Hotel Awards for Excellent.
